Since 1989, we have been technical commercial Real Estate Managers specializing in building operations, project management and mechanical and electrical coordination. During this time we have developed extensive experience as to the needs of the owners and contractors while working both sides of the fence.

Through our years of experience we have discovered a gap between Real Estate Managers and the technical aspect of property ownership.
