Full building assessment

As part of a good asset management plan is the understanding of what you own and the condition it is in. For remote sites with no operation staff, an annual building inspection in invaluable. When conducted year over year, budgets are optimized, conditions are maintained and value is held.

Here we completed assessments of remote warehouses and office buildings across Canada. Using this data we also completed detailed maintenance programs for each site.

As part of R3P Consultants we worked with Scotiabank on projects around the world. Using our expertise we were able to complete data center projects and assist in the long term operational vision.
